  • I will connect you with a mortgage specialist that can secure your preapproval and lock in your interest rate. 

  • Immediate personal access to all of the newest properties via the CREB® Matrix, also known as the MLS.

  • All listings that match your search criteria will be emailed directly to you the minute they are listed for sale. 

  • I schedule showings at times that work best for you, making it easy and hassle-free for you and your family.  

  • After you find the perfect property, I will provide you with comparables and help write up an offer.

  • When all parties accept the contract, the deal becomes conditionally sold (C/S)

  • The majority of offers include a financing condition, home inspection, and condo document review condition. 

  • After all due diligence has been done. We give the notice to waive all conditions to the sellers. 

  • Visit your real estate lawyer to sign documents and pay the remainder of your down payment.

  • Closing day! I will meet you at the property at 12:00 pm to give you your new keys!
